Hi, I’m Gemma, a UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist in advanced training at Metanoia Institute.

I truly believe that, as human beings, we are all wonderfully unique and have an innate desire to lead a life of fulfillment and purpose. Sometimes, however, we can become disconnected from ourselves, others and the world around us. We can feel lost, disillusioned, and asking ourselves the question ‘how did I get here’?

I understand seeking support can feel overwhelming, but being alone with it all can feel just as hard. I provide a space where we can meet and work together at your own pace to explore the challenges that brought you here.

I have worked in different settings, with clients dealing with a range of difficulties including, relationship problems, communication, identity and self-esteem issues, grief, loss, anxiety, depression and childhood trauma.

About me

I work relationally, which means that alongside reflecting on past events,

we will work in the present, exploring how we relate to each other in the here and now.

By working in this way, we can gain a deeper understanding of how you

relate to yourself and others.

we will work in the present, exploring how we relate to each other in the here and now.

By working in this way, we can gain a deeper understanding of how you

relate to yourself and others.

Through this process, we can begin to gently challenge aspects that keep you feeling

stuck, and work to build new perspectives that support you to reconnect to your true

self and lead a more fulfilling life.

I provide either short-term or long-term therapy, based on your individual needs and goals.
